About David

David Martin and Melissa Dominguez-Martin are the husband-and-wife team behind the Dominguez–Martin Group, one of Las Vegas's most respected real estate partnerships. Between them, they bring nearly 45 years of combined real estate experience and an even deeper well of local roots — David has called Las Vegas home for over 40 years, while Melissa has built her career in the market since relocating in 2004.

David's path to real estate was built on relationships and reputation. With 19+ years in the industry, he's guided clients through every kind of transaction with a creed he holds to without exception: Integrity, Honesty, Service & Results, delivered with Professionalism, Responsiveness, and Respect. Clients consistently point to his local knowledge, negotiation skill, and willingness to go the extra mile — the kind of trust that keeps generations of families coming back.

Melissa's road to real estate was less direct but no less purposeful. She started out as a wildlife biologist, earning a degree in Ecological Systematic Biology and working for the Naval Air Weapons Center before a bad experience with her own mortgage broker sent her career in a new direction: proving you could succeed in real estate without taking advantage of people. Over 25+ years, she's done exactly that — building a top-producing team from the ground up, managing high-volume REO and foreclosure business, serving as Managing Broker of Keller Williams Southwest through the upheaval of COVID, and opening the state of Nevada for Aperture Global Real Estate. Today she serves as Nevada State Broker for Equity Union Real Estate, leading the company's expansion into the state. An ICON award recipient and four-year member of the grievance committee, she carries one lesson above all others: always do the right thing, no matter the cost.

Together, David and Melissa have built more than a business — they've raised a blended family of six children, now grown into a social worker, a mortgage licensee, a Marine Officer, and college students of their own. As empty nesters, their days are now overseen by their mini goldendoodle, Chillie Bean. Outside the office, you'll find David 3D printing, golfing (with modest expectations), playing pickleball, or at the poker table, while Melissa is happiest barefoot in the garden, watching birds, or volunteering in youth sports and at Central Christian Church.
